Jhal Magsi Desert Challenge 2025 Concludes with High-Octane Action

The Jhal Magsi Desert Challenge 2025 successfully concluded in the deserts of Jhal Magsi, Balochistan, delivering its most competitive edition to date. The multi-day off-road event brought together Pakistan’s leading rally drivers and emerging talent, with improved stage design, stronger safety measures, and smoother race operations setting this year apart from previous editions. The demanding terrain tested endurance and precision, producing close competition across professional and stock categories.

The 2025 edition delivered decisive performances across professional, stock, and specialty categories, with Dina Patel claiming victory in the Women Pro category ahead of Maham Shiraz, while Ambreen Faraz topped the Women Stock class. In the Veteran category, Anas Khakwani secured first place followed by Mian Shabir Ahmed, and the Buggy category was won by Sahibzada Sultan with Nadeem Khan finishing second. The Pro classes saw M. Jaffer Magsi, Noman Saranjam, Bewarg Mazari, and Zafar Baloch take wins in A, B, C, and D Pro respectively, with Nadir Magsi, Irfan Mian, Asif Ali, and Nasarullah Mazari completing the podiums. In the Stock categories, victories went to Ali Magsi (A), Mohammad Magsi (B), Jahanzeb Umrani (C), and Falak Sher Baloch (D), while Azmareh Saranjam, Mohammad Saranjam, Ghazi Zubair Baloch, and Usama Harraj secured second-place finishes, reflecting a strong blend of experience and emerging talent and underscoring the growing depth of off-road racing in Pakistan.

Following the success of the 2025 edition, expectations are high for further expansion. Organizers are expected to build on this momentum with longer stages, broader participation, and continued improvements in event delivery.
